Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of
online marketing
experience, with Sales/Account
Management experience
- The ability to think
outside the box as

negotiating skills
- Great wealth of
knowledge about the

industry coupled with

- Must be energetic,
driven, a problem
solver, and most
importantly, a
goal-oriented
individual
- Create and expand
business relationships
with companies seeking
online advertising,
lead generation
- Form new contacts
with key business
developers and
advertising personnel
- Consult with clients
on an ongoing basis to
help exceed their
business objectives
through recommending
and implementing
campaign selection and
practices
- Consult clients on
the most efficient
methods of marketing
their services and/or
products
- Manage several
accounts
simultaneously while
negotiating contracts
and advertising
commissions with
clients
- Continuously think
outside of the box to
expand
TrafficDiffusion’s
clientele
- Supervise proper
delivery of
advertising campaigns
in accordance with
goals and objectives
of the client
- Ability to
effectively manage
sales cycle from
qualification, needs
assessment, through
close
- Ethical in dealings
with customers and
excellent
communication skills
with a persistent
attitude.
- Can quickly contact
and motivate leads to
join our programs and
retain them through
personal relationship
building
- Extremely strong
written and oral
communications skills
- Ability to motivate
and manage self
- Knowledge of
internet marketing
strategies and prior
media experience is a
must
- PC proficiency and
solid working
knowledge of Microsoft
Office- primarily
Outlook and Excel
- Ability to work
under pressure and
work additional hours
to meet critical
deadlines
- You have no problems
managing a large
number accounts and
contacting them on a
